BMI means Body mass index. It is used to determine the undernourishment of a person.

And to calculate BMI,we take the person weight in kg and height of the person in meters in square. By dividing both kg and meters we got some value.

If the resulted value is Less than 18 you are Under weighted. If the resulted value is More than 25 you are overweighted. In between these both two values your body mass index is Normal.
