i m cbse student...if i didnt know the answer in exam so what should i do .leave that or write anything els​

It depends on the subject and type of question.

But if it is not maths or numerics u should write something that you know releated to the question. And in numerics one of u don't know solution write down formula or Any related thingss.

Hey!

If you don't know the answer, write something because a) the question could be wrong or b) you can get atleast half a mark.

Don't leave any question unattempted because you will unnecessarily lose marks.

For example if the question is about DNA copying (class 10 science) write about how DNA copying isn't reliable and about variation (if you don't know the correct answer). Or if you don't know an activity or an experiment, at least write the Aim, Apparatus needed and observation. They'll give you marks.

And just like DNA copying, the process of setting the question paper isn't absolutely reliable (lol) and if the question is wrong, you may get full marks if you write the answer.

Let's say, you don't know the answer to a labeling a diagram question. Just write the function of that particular part. If the answer to that part is Anther or something (just an example) you can just write its functions.

People will give you marks if you write the correct or half marks if you write a relevant answer. Of course, nobody can be perfect like the answer key, but you can try these methods.

They helped me a lot to gain marks.
