I'm getting different different answers , can anyone surely say which one is correct as I'm too much confuse in structures

Explanation:

This nitrogen has positive charge because it's Electronegativity is less than that of oxygen. Moreover, 2 more electronegative atoms are attached to nitrogen, so it is obvious that the shared pair of electrons is shifted more towards oxygen atoms due to its greater electronegativity. There may be many more explanations. But I think this is the basic reason why N has +. (In these drawings u forgot to give the + signs. I had seen your previous question so I was able to understand the situation).
