Politics in India follows its constitution due to India is a federal parliamentary democratic republic whereby the president is the head of the country and the prime minister of India is the head of government.It usually follow a dual political system,i.e double government which consist of the central authority at the center & states at the periphery.The constitution defines to organization powers & limitations of both central & state governments,& it was well organized,rigid & considered supreme as laws of the nation must conform to it.
