uniform velocity for 15 s = 30m/s

Distance for 15 s = 30*15= 450m

we know

initial velocity of the body = 30m/s

acceleration = 8m/s²

time = 10s

distance covered = 30*10+1/2*8*10²

= 300+400

= 700m

final velocity = 30 + 8*10

= 30+80

= 110m/s

distance covered for next 15s at a retardation of 6m/S²

= 110*15+ 1/2*-6*15²

= 1650+ -3*225

= 1650-675

= 975m

therefore, total distance travelled = 450+700+975

= 2075m

total time talken = 15+10+15 = 40s

therefore , average velocity = 2075/40= 51.875 m/s

Ans = 2075m, 51.875m/s.
