You have to get Bachelor or Master Degree in any subject .

12th ke bad B.sc/B.A clear Kro.....
then you made a third grade teacher
if you want second grade teacher then you clear B.ed .......
if you clear B.sc/B.A with M.sc/M.A then you gave first grade examination......
