it's totally depends upon you what you want to be in the future but as you wished to know something about the future in both the fields then here are the fuse pros and cons of both sides
when you choose the medical sector you have to study a lot for the minimum 7 years then after that you will be able to get a good job in any hospital of annual salary 2 lakhs yeah but this is also true that it's needs a lot of study when you are ready to spend your 8 hours to biology then for it.
while when you choose engineering sector it needs mainly two years hard labour on your physics chemistry and maths. but after that you will be able to get job much earlier than in medical sector yeah it's average salary is somehow pretty low than medical but yet if you are passionate about engineering then go for it
