Answer: PLEASE BRAINLIEST MY ANSWER

Hence, the values of 'a' are 5, -3

Step-by-step explanation:

Q) If a-2 = 15/a (a≠0) , then the values of a are

⇒ Given, a-2 = 15/a (a≠0)

∴ a-2 = 15/a

∴ a(a-2) = 15

∴ a²-2a = 15

∴ a²-2a-15 = 0

∴ a²-5a+3a-15 = 0

∴ a×(a-5)+3×(a-5) = 0

∴ (a-5)×(a+3) = 0

∴ a-5 = 0             or             a+3 = 0

∴ a = 5                                 a = -3

check the answer

1)put a=5

⇔LHS = a-2 = 5-2 = 3

⇔RHS = 15/a = 15/5 = 3

∴ LHS = RHS

∴ a=5

2)put a=-3

⇔LHS = a-2 = -3-2 = -5

⇔RHS = 15/a = 15/-3 = -5

∴ LHS = RHS

∴ a=-3

Hence, the values of 'a' are 5, -3
