(i) Minor Segment:

Area of minor segment ΔOACB

=> (90/360) πr²

=> 1/4 * 3.14 * 10²

=> 78.5 cm²

Area of ΔOAB = 1/2 * OA * OB

                       = 1/2 * 10 * 10

                       = 50 cm²

Area of minor segment ACBA = Area of OACB - Area of OAB

=> 78.5 - 50

=> 28.5 cm²

(ii) Major Segment:

Area of major segment OADB

=> (360 - 90/360)πr²

=> (270/360)πr²

=> 235.5 cm²
