(ii) Oya siwo, Okhotsk, or the Kurile current are the other names of Oyashio current. It is a Parental Tide. It flows south and circulates counterclockwise in the western North Pacific Ocean is a cold subarctic Ocean current. Oyashio water forms the richest fishery in the world owing to its extremely high-nutrient content.
