Answer:
1) Any two local winds which blow in India are Loo and Nor - westers. These winds blow over the Northern Plains. Extreme heat during summer heats the air over the North West India and creates a low pressure belt. The air above Indian Ocean remains comparatively cooler which cause the place to be a high pressure area.
2) Wind energy projects provide many economic benefits to neighboring communities: jobs, a new source of revenue for farmers and ranchers in the form of land lease payments, and an increased local tax base.
