Given that he gives 5 sweets to Raji = 5.

= > x - (x/4) - 5 = 7

= > (4x - x - 20)/4 = 7

= > (3x - 20)/4 = 7

= > 3x - 20 = 28

= > 3x = 48

= > x = 16.
