I need 47 biscuits and they are sold in packed of five . I want to spend as little as possible. how many packets do I need to buy? answer it please ​

As given in the question,

The biscuits are sold in packets of 5,

and biscuits needed is 47

If you don't want to come down from the required criteria then either you will have to buy 3 more biscuits or you have to go for loose biscuits.

If you buy 3 more biscuits then,

You will be buying 10 packets of biscuits with 5 in each.

And hence your criteria will be fulfilled but 3 biscuits will be left out.

And if you go for loose biscuits you will have to get as per your criteria that is 47 biscuits.
