nO I don't think that it is affordable because there is a scarcity of water everywhere specially in states like Delhi and raajsthan and chennai. so I think that it is not available as well as affordable because as in my opinion now the packets of water is very expensive. So it has become very necessary to provide the drinking facilities to everyone and it has become utmost to make and provide drinking water to every needy people and it is important to understand the importance of water. and we humans can understand how water is important to us in our life. it is the source of our life.

no, I don't think water in Chennai is available to all and affordable by all..

reasons :-

=> availability of a good, regular water supply is proportinate to the level of income one earns, and there are many people who r poor in Chennai.

=> senior government officials in areas like Anna Nagar can get a whole water tanker arranged for themselves, whereas most areas like Mylapore get water once in two days.

=> water supply runs barely an hour everyday from a single tap serving over 30 families for all their water needs.

=> rich and wealthy people get safe water, regular water supply whereas poor can't as they can't afford all this and they don't get any regular water supply.

=> people from middle class and upper class buy water, they can afford packed drinking water but poor can't afford these packed drinking water.

this shows that water Chennai is not available to and affordable by all.
