Face to face interviews is the type of interviews in which the expression of the interviewee and the way he presents himself can be analyzed and viewed. The manner a person represents himself and the confidence in which he answers the questions can be examined in face to face interviews. In a telephone interview, this isn't possible. The interviewer judges and examines the interviewee only through the way he speaks and the tone he speaks in.
