and the passive form of this is -

'A friend is needed by me '.

#####Here, when we convert the active voice to passive voice then,

1. There is change in position of subject and object.


2. There is change in the verb like in above sentence u can see that -
verb 'need ' changed to 'is needed '

3. Also there is change in pronoun like in above sentence -
'I ' changed to 'me '.
