Moral Issue of Abortion There are many moral topics people can chose to debate about. One of the most popular ones is abortion and whether it is morally right or if it is morally wrong. Personally I believe abortion is morally wrong. The main reason is taking another persons life. There are many causes and outcomes that can take place. First, the main point of sexual intercourse is reproduction so if the two people create a child they are morally in charge of protecting the new life being created instead of killing it. Second, there are many options the mother can do rather than using murder, such as adoption. Lastly, the people who argue it is ok to have an abortion are wrong when it comes to morality. The most abundant issue of abortion is the taking of ones life. Abortion is morally wrong because you are killing a child before the child is born into this world. Therefore, it is unfair to take the child’s life without he or she having a say in the outcome. Some will argue that the child is not developed yet and will not know of what is happening but the majority will disagree with that argument. It is illegal to kill someone outside of the human body so it should be the same for a human inside one’s body. If the two people have sexual intercourse and end up creating up a child they or at least the mother is morally in charge of taking care of the life inside her. Words such as “fetus” or “clump of cells” are used to dehumanize the child to make people feel less guilty
