My name is Rosemary Lane, I came with my family to your restaurant for my daughter’s 13th birthday dinner party. In view of this, I demand a full refund of my money paid to your restaurant and a letter of apology from your waitress who blatantly ignored the food orders I placed from your restaurant menu. Furthermore, kindly ensure that your chefs adhere to strict hygiene and culinary practices. I implore you to take these concerns seriously and deal with the issues stated in this letter.
