2x/3 + 1 = 7x/15 +3

2x/3 - 7x/15 = 3-1

(10x-7x)/15 = 2

3x/15 = 2

x/5 = 2

x = 10

I hope this will help you

 \frac{2x}{3}  + 1 =  \frac{7x}{15} + 3 \\

Now, do some arrangements and you'll get

\frac{2x }{3}   -  \frac{7x}{15}  = 3 - 1 \\   \\

Solve this and you'll get

\frac{10x - 7x}{15}  = 2 \\  \frac{3x}{15}  = 2 \\ 3x = 2(15) \\ 3x = 30 \\ x = 10 \\  \\

Therefore,
x = 10.
