deforestation is cutting down of trees at a large scale opposite of afforestation which is planting of trees at a large scale . it is usually done by builders and farmers when clearing a new land for use the wildlife on the land of deforestation have to evacuate fast and find a new shelter it also looses the soil causing soil erosion . deforestation increases the amount of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere and decrease in oxygen

i am always against deforestation and always in favour of afforestation. Do u know what is deforestation it is the cutting down of trees and afforestation is the allowance of planting  trees. trees give us oxygen and it is useful for us only then also some people cut down trees for their own use.
