Nowadays , every person who has entered the Internet world is connected to some social networking sites today . There is no doubt that the social media platform has become a new and effective media of expression today. The people associated with it expressly express their opinions through this forum. However, the growing craze towards social media, where it seems to be meaningful in many ways, continues to appear in the case of misuse of it. 

In the past, misuse of social media in the case of communal violence, riots and rumour was reported  It needs to be conscious and alert because in the past, its dire consequences have been revealed. Some time ago in Bengaluru, the behavior of the youth of North Eastern states, which came out in this manner, was heavily misused in this medium. At the same time, in some states including Punjab, social media was used to spread terrorism which became a major challenge for the internal security of the country. In Punjab, the fury of 1984 Sikh riots was started on Facebook. In those messages, the oppressors and the riots were called upon to unite to assassinate the accused politicians. If such messages are shared on this forum then it can be understood why its results will be.

The right of expression of people should be fully supported, but not at the cost of security. It is necessary to curb the misuse of the cyber world and the governance should think seriously about it.

Digital locker system aims to reduce the use of physical documents, and different agencies to enable the exchange of e-documents. MyGov.in a partnership between citizens and the government to establish a new platform which has been implemented.
