Resistance = resistivity * L / area
R = 15*10^-6 * 2 / 3.14* 0.321*0.321*10^-6
R = 30*10^-6 /3.14 *0.321*0.321*10^-6
R = 92.73 ohms
The current will be
V/R = I
10/92.73 = 0.107 A
