Hey friend,
Here is the answer you were looking for:
 \frac{x}{5} + 4( \frac{x}{5} + \frac{8}{5} ) = 8(3x + \frac{5}{18} ) \\ \\ = \frac{x}{5} + 4 ( \frac{x + 8}{5}) = 24x + 8 \times \frac{5}{18} \\ \\ = \frac{x}{5} + \frac{4x + 32}{5} = 24x + \frac{20}{9} \\ \\ = \frac{x + 4x + 32}{5} = \frac{216x + 20}{9} \\ \\ \frac{5x + 32}{5} = \frac{216x + 20}{9} \\ \\ on \: cross \: multiplying \: we \: get \\ \\ 9(5x + 32) = 5(216x + 20) \\ \\ 45x + 288 = 1080x + 100 \\ \\ 45x - 1080x = 100 - 288 \\ \\ 1035x = 188 \\ \\ x = \frac{188}{1035} \\ \\ x = 0.18

Hope this helps!!!
