Find the smallest four-digit number that has the following properties: the quotient when this four digit-number divided by its last two digits is a perfect square number (if the tens digit of the divisor is 0, then the divisor is only the unit digit). It is known that this perfect square number is exactly the square of the sum of the first two digits of the required four-digit number and 1.​
