Step-by-step explanation:

Given that....

length of a rectangle = 13.6 m

breadth of a rectangle = 3.4m

Area of a rectangle = length × breadth

Area = 13.6 × 3.4 = 46.24 m²

given area of a square = area of a rectangle

so the area of a square = 46.24m²

let area of square be 'a'

a² = 46.24

a = √46.24

a = 6.8m

so the side of a square = 6.8m
