Question

I need help on programming on an Arduino Uno.
ADVANCED LEVEL DOORBELL ON ARDUINO UNO:
-The microcontroller is initially quiet with no lights illuminated
-When the button is pressed, the buzzer sounds and one light illuminates
-When the button is pressed again, the buzzer sounds and two lights illuminate
-When the buzzer is pressed for a third time, the buzzer sounds and three lights illuminate. Also a message is sent to the screen window(serial monitor) saying "No-one is home. Please return later".
