2(l+b) = 42cm

l+b = 42/2

l+b = 21cm

let length be 2x and width be x(as length is twice the width)

2x+x = 21cm

3x = 21cm

x = 21/3

x = 7cm

so, length = 14 cm(x*2)

    breadth = 7 cm(x)
