Firstly, we will find out the Circumference of the Whole Circle as we know the Radius which is 2

So, Circumference = 2πr
Radius = 2

 =  =  > 2 \times 3.14 \times 2 \\  = 12.56
So, Now we got the value of the circumference of the Whole Circle.

Now, if we look closely the other part is a Quarter circle or a Quadrant as it also made a 90° Angle.

Now, we know that Circumference of a Quarter Circle.
 \frac{1}{4}  \times 2\pi \: r   \\  =  \frac{\pi \: r}{2}
Now, we Calculate the value.

 \frac{3.14 \times 2}{2}  \\  = 3.14
So, 3.14 is the value of the arc.

So, we can find the length of the partial circle by subtracting the Circumference of The whole circle from that of the Quarter Circle.
We get-
12.56 - 3.14  \\  = 9.42
