I guess u mean when we start doing prayer and say suru karenge hath jore etc hmmm corona kal mai prayer in school hmm chalo whatever let me help u according to question that I understand.

For any random prayer for eg Gaytri mantar

In hindi

Dono hatho ko jore or ankhe band kare or prayer suru kare

For Rastriya gan

savdhan - vishram ( 2 to 3 times)

Sabhi Rastriya gan suru karenge suru kar

In English

Fold your hands and close your eyes and start prayer

For National Anthem

Attention - stand-at-ease (2 to 3 times)

All will start national anthem let it began

Additional point - you may even conduct some sort of jumping exercise .
