Answer:

It was just another normal day in Dragon City. Fiona and Stitch are on their way to the museum and are already running late.

“Hurry Stitch!” cried Fiona. “I want to get to that museum before it closes!”

Stitch ran as fast as he could. He and Fiona made it right on time.

“Whew” said Stitch, out of breath.

“Right on time” replied Fiona, looking at her watch. “We have five minutes until the museum closes.”

As the two of them went into the museum, they saw a crowd standing in front of a blank space. They walked over.

“What’s going on?” Fiona asked a woman.

“The painting of Mount Star has been stolen” the woman explained.

“WHAT!” cried Fiona and Stitch.

As soon as they left the museum, Fiona, who had changed into her Dino form, knew she and Stitch had to solve this case.

“We’ve got to find that robber Stitch” she said. “So let’s put our noses to it.”

Fiona and Stitch went all over town, looking for the painting. They even asked the town’s people if they had seen it, but no one had. Max gave them an article about the painting and Dylan gave them the address of the person who stole it. It was outside of town, of course.

“This must be the place” said Fiona, no longer in her Dino form.

She and Stitch walked up to the doorstep. Fiona rang the doorbell and a man answered it.

“Who are you?” he asked.

“I’m Fiona The Super Sleuth” declared Fiona. “And this is my friend Stitch.”

“Hi” said Stitch.

“We came to investigate your house” replied Fiona.

The man let them both in. Then Stitch saw the painting.

“Fiona look!” he cried.

Fiona saw the painting then turned to the man.

“So you did steal the painting” she said.

“Yes” replied the man. “You see, I’m the painter of the painting of Mount Star. I lost it at the museum two days ago.”

After a few negotiations, the painter promised never to steal paintings again, and he returned his painting to the museum the next day. Everyone was happy for it to be back safe and sound. They were even happier to meet the painter. As he talked about his painting, Fiona gave a smile.
