by taking lcm

2x = (6+3)/6

2x = 9/6

2x=3/2

2x=1.5

x = 1.5/2

x = 15/20

x = 3/4

x = 0.75

The easiest way in my opinion will be to find the LCM from both sides and then cross multiply.

3(3x-2)-4(2x+3)              2-3x

        12                            3

Cross multiplying, we get:-

9(3x-2)-12(2x+3) = 12(2-3x)

27x-18-24x-36 = 24-36x

39x = 78

x = 2
