In triangle APO ,
AP=12 cm
OA=5 cm
we knw that
AP is perpendicular to OA
since tangent is perp. to radiuş of a cirçle
therefore using pythàgořaş theorem,
Op= unđer root. 12*12+5*5
=13cm
OB=3 cm
now BP=Op-OB
=13-3
=10cm!
There you go!

Curiee: By the way,where's point B, I just misread 13 as B n most probably gave the wrong solution... sorry!
