Angle opq is 20 degrees hence other 2 angles inside triangle is also20 thus by internal angle sum

Let's think,

x is a point in the same line of PT and is placed opposite side of P.

So,

Angle QPT + Angle QPX = 180°

or,70° + Angle QPX = 180°

or, Angle QPX = 180°- 70°

or, Angle QPX = 110°

And,

Angle QPX = Angle PRQ [ alternate segment theorem]

So the answer should be 110.
