Step-by-step explanation:

in the triangle there are total 180°

=> Q = 180°-45° - 68°

Q = 67°

=> 3x + 6 = 67

3x = 61

x = 20.34

( I'm not sure its the same way you usually done it but here )

Answer:

 \sf \: 67°

Step-by-step explanation:

We know the angle sum property :-

Sum of all the angles is 180°

(i.e.) P+∠Q+∠R = 180°

 \sf  ∠ P+∠Q+∠R = 180°

 \sf 45°+(3x+6)+68° = 180°

 \sf \: 113 + 3x + 6 = 180

 \sf \: 3x = 180° - 119°

 \sf 3x = 61

 \sf \: x =  \frac{61}{3}

 \sf ∠Q = (3x + 6) °= (61 + 6) ° =  67°
