The Fountain is one of the best motivating poems. The poet James Russell narrates the outlook of the poem in three different ways.

1.        During sunshine, the fountains looks very bright, jumping towards a higher level and sparkling.

2.        During moon light, it looks bone chilling white and shakes musically like a flower when wind blows over it.

3.        Below the star light, the fountains inclines and drops like a shower. Every time the fountain looks happy, energetic and desirous at top level.

4.        The author wants us to acquire these features of novelty, faithfulness and aiming qualities from the fountains.
