Start reading the newspaper daily and choose 5 to 10 words which are new to you find their meaning from the dictionary and start using them in your day to day life and even then when you are chatting with anyone whether in school or anywhere where you thing the words would be better to use.

For improving vocabulary I should read as much english books and novels u can read.Spent your time on reading newspapers.And wherever u find any new word note it and then find their meanings I'm a dictionary.
