I need to learn Hindi lingua,how long would it take to become fluent at it,as I am being a Russian it makes it even more difficult,,.

Hindi or any other language,It will hard at first. But worry not, there's apps which helps in learning new languages. Here are some:-

• Doulingo
• Memrise
• busuu

These are some apps I highly recommend if you want to learn new languages. :3
