Healthy diets consists of healthy food which includes eating green & fresh vegetables, fruits, eggs, milk ,meat , protein ,vitamins in right quantity. include yoga in your daily routine.it helps to maintain your blood sugar& immunity level.
Healthy habits improve our mental ability , mental stability,& your physical appearance.
walking, running, cycling, playing, swimming, skipping, dancing, weight lifting ,yoga are the some important excercise which help us to maintain healthy & fit.
