1. Prefix refers to an element which placed before a word in order to qualify its meaning. For example, non-, ex-, re- and so on.

in the word "impersonal" the prefix im- refers to no or not. hence it conveys the meaning "not personal." Whereas, when prefix -im is removed the meaning changes to be opposite of impersonal.

Therefore, what best identifies the prefix is, C.Preview contains the prefix-pre; it changes the word to mean "to see in advance."

2. The statement which best explains how the passage supports the main argument is the passage supports the main argument because it shows that education will help our future leaders be daring and creative.

The passage claims to "Take the risk", "Try new things" and "Work hard." One becomes creative only when one doesn't limit its horizon and decides to expand without any embarrassment to try something new and to learn something new.
