when the semicircular sheet of paper is bent into form a conical cup then the radius of the semicircle become the slant height of the cone. so the radius = slant height

=>radius=diameter/2=28/2=14cm

=>radius=slant height = 14cm

=>circumference of the semicircle=πr=22/7 * 14 =44cm

we know that,

=>circumference of semicircle= circumference of the cone

=>44=2πR

=>44=2*22/7 * R

=>R=7cm

we know that,

l²=R²+h²

=>l²-r²=h²

=>14²-7²=h²

=>196-49=h²

=>147=h²

=>h=√147=7√3cm

depth of the cone=7√3 cm

capacity of the cone= volume of the cone

=1/3 πR²h

=1/3 * 22/7 * 7² *7√3

=22*7*7/√3

=622.4cm³

HOPE IT IS HELPFUL
