I never eat anything in lunchean explain how the women contrabited in the way she behaved at the luncheon.Why did this upset the writer?(poem-The Luncheon,poet-Somerset Maugham)

she contrabited just like she would like to eat / have nothing more than one thing in the lunch but on the other side she kept saying all the time eating this I would never mind -eating this I would never mind.... that's how she was faccy lady
