I only have my Instagram username and email i want to change my password and also i don't have my registered number with the id plz help to get kut of this situation.....

you get a option called forgot password
click that follow firther procedure.

YOU CAN RECOVER YOUR PASSWORD
IF YOU HAVE YOUR EMAIL LINKED TO YOUR INSTA ACCOUNT.
JUST GO TO THE LOGIN PAGE AND CLICK FORGOT PASSWORD AND YOU WILL GET A MAIL WITH A LINK IN IT TO RECOVER YOU ACCOUNT.
REMEBER :
YOU CAN ONLY RECOVER YOUR ACCOUNT IF THAT ACCOUNT BELONGS TO YOU AND YOU HAVE GOT YOUR MAIL LOGGED IN.
