Active Voice refers to a sentence in which the subject is performing the action.

Passive Voice refers to a sentence in which the subject undergoes the action. In other words, it is writing the sentence in reverse order.

Example: She is writing a report. (Active)

               A report is being written by her. (Passive)

I opened the door. (Active)

The door was opened by me. (Passive)
