2. Lags may be found still because of some specific men's attitude and ego towards women.
3. Lags are also due to the lack of natural ability i.e most women who are successful in business are on the top positions other than that the most required middle position which could involve physical and mental requirements which they can't do.
4. Some regulations, policies may affect women's opportunity to some extent.
5. Even though the major part of the society has accepted women at work the most populated rural and semi-urban people's mindset hasn't changed yet.
