use identity
 { \sin( \alpha ) }^{2}  +  { \cos( \alpha ) }^{2}  = 1 \: for \: que \: 1
so cos^2(x)+1/9=1
cos^2(x)=8/9
cosx=2√2/3 ivth quad.

since we find out cos x and sinx is given so simply divide cosx/sinx

hope this will help you..
