Used milk = x litres
80= x/5 x100
x=4 lites
remaining milk = 5-4 = 1 litre

SOLUTION :-
The amount of milk purchased = 5 litres
The percentage of milk used to make sweets = 80% of the 5 litres
So,
80% of 5 litres
=
= 4 litres
4 litres of the total 5 litres milk was used to make sweets.
To be found :-
The left milk
= Total litres of purchased milk - litres of milk used for making sweets
= 5 litres - 4 litres
= 1 litre
Hence,
1 litre of milk is left
