I put one ball in a box a ,two balls in box b and 3 balls in box c. then I do this again .I keep doing this until I run out of balls .if originally had a hundred balls ,find:
a. the box into which the last ball went
b. The number of balls in each box

but, there are 2 cases in which all the balls go into first box or into second box

∴The number of ways in which 6 different balls can be put in two boxes of different sizes so that no box remains empty = 2^6−2=62
