Academic pressure has increased in recent decades as competition has increased around the world. There is more competition now that more people are attending school. Students need good grades to survive because grades are the criterion of selection everywhere in the world. And this has not only resulted in issues such as depression and anxiety, but it has also resulted in the use of drugs and alcohol, which is not only deteriorating students' mental health and causing major personality changes, but is also causing many physical and social issues. Sleeping less at night is bad for children's development; it has a negative impact on their overall development. As a result, it's critical to remember that getting enough sleep is just as important as eating right.
Our modern lifestyle has an effect on health. With parents who are overworked, children's schedules packed with school activities, and excessive use of electronic devices, we have less time to rest.
The most concerning aspect is that many people are unaware of the consequences of a child's late bedtime. Although it may appear that skipping naps or going to bed late is harmless, these actions have long-term consequences.
Explanation:
In the recent studies we see that there are many students who are not getting perfect sleep in night time. The main reason for this is the more pressure of studies on students and the other reason is the spending of time in watching TV and mobile phone and so on. We have listened from our teachers and elders that we should sleep for eight hours in a day as this will keep our mind fresh and also keeps us active for whole day. But the students who are not able to sleep properly are not able to concentrate on their studies perfectly and feels lazy for whole day. This is due to the huge pressure of studies on them and also they want to finish their task by not sleeping and studing whole night. On the other hand there are some students who just spent their night by watching TV or spending time on social media sites instead of sleeping. This makes students sleepy for whole day and inattentive in the class and also in their studies. This also create an affect in the health and development of students. Therefore students should try to sleep for at least eight hours in a day.
