I. Read the passage carefullyThe children probably don't know, or they don't care, the hugely popular WWF wrestlingmatches are actually all staged acts. The Hulks, the Undertaker or whatever else they arecalled never really punch or kick as hard as they might appear doing on the show. It's all ashow, a thrilling show. So, you can't really blame children for getting hooked. But does that necessarily mean the showis entirely responsible for the beating 12-year-old Subin Kumar got from his WWF-inspiredfriends? Can viewing or watching violence on TV actually promote aggressive behaviour inchildren ?

Answer:

I would like to say that TV shows are solely for the purpose of entertainment and in rare cases, sources of encouragement to become a better person by teaching us life lessons. One cannot totally blame violent TV shows or violent games too for that matter in case of a real life, show inspired event. But at the same time, the shows should air a disclaimer stating that all the stunts are performed under expert supervision and that they should not be duplicated at home or any other place other than a show set. Minors should also watch such shows under the supervision of their parents or guardians.
