Actually Welcome to the Concept of the Compliment of the Binary numbers.

Complements are mainly of two types for the binary, that are

1.) 1's Complement

2.) 2's Complement.

==> In 1's complement, we just complement the numbers that is, 1 becomes 0 and 0 becomes 1.

==> In 2's Complement, we Complement the number and also we add a '1' LSB ( lower significant bit) of the complemented number.

here, A = 1100 , so the one's complement is

===> A= 0011 .
